Mailroom Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW:

A growing law firm needs a mailroom assistant manager to process a large amount of incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning large files, printing documents, moving boxes of documents, setting up printers/scanners, and entering information into a computer database.

Because data must be entered correctly for firm to properly keep track of files, key required traits include:

· high attention to detail

· strong organizational skills

· strong interpersonal skills

· high computer/IT proficiency
ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs
HOURS/COMPENSATION:

Work will be 20-40 hours per week.

Compensation is $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
