Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager
Full-time, permanent job offering a great salary and benefits package. Relocation assistance may also be available for the right person(s).
Responsibilities:
- Visit with General Contractors, Building Owners, and other Subcontractors to discuss status, next steps, and coordination of one or multiple projects.
- Work with internal estimating, design, detailing, preconstruction, accounting, purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure project deliverables are met and exceeded.
- Oversee project schedule and budget
- Submit change order and RFI requests when necessary
- Balance time and schedule between the office, job site(s) to ensure projects are to code, on time, and under budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or prior hands-on commercial HVAC and plumbing industry.
- 3 to 20+ years of commercial plumbing and HVAC construction project management experience.
- Local and stable work history.
