Maintenance Manager

With assistance from General Manager complete punch list of all units before delivery from contractor and perform duties as required during the final phase of construction.

Direct all property and grounds upkeep, preventive care, and maintenance service efforts, while maintaining accurate records for all services.

Coordinate and perform repairs of property grounds, apartment units, and building exteriors as required.

Maintain a service-oriented environment by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions from team and residents, and responding sensitively to complaints.

Ensures that vacant units meet the quality standards for re-leasing by performing technical and mechanical work that meets required timelines as determined by the General Manager.

Inspects community continuously, recording and correcting deficiencies.

Working knowledge of building design, development, construction, and project management processes and procedures.

Must possess working knowledge on how to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC systems.

Available to take on call after hour service requests.

Participate in hiring and monitoring outside vendors and ensure all items are completed in a timely fashion.

Assist with various ad hoc tasks as required, especially during the transition from construction to operations.

Respond to all service request within 24 hours.
