As Casino Commercial Director, you’ll be a key contributor to enable continued growth of FanDuel Group’s online gaming business.
You’ll help oversee our direct and cross-sell casino business units across multiple states, working closely with all relevant departments and stakeholders to execute against a best-in-class strategy that you will help define.

Work closely with the Casino General Manager helping to oversee direct and cross-sell casino business units across multiple states for the FanDuel Group
Assess new investment ideas, build business cases to support the decision process
Help define short-term and long-term market strategy for growing FanDuel’s casino business
Work with the marketing team to set acquisition and retention targets (e.g.
CPA, retention rate)
Monitor the marketing performance to make sure that the team meets the targets agreed
Monitor the business performance, key drivers and trends, and report regularly to the leadership team
Review P&L of casino business and seek to optimize efficiency and profitability
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships for growth
Help manage commercial partnerships with 3rd party suppliers, market access partners, and platform providers
Turn strategic goals into a tactical plan and deliver results on time and on budget
Drive and deliver functional planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment and commitment to delivering planned performances
Drive continuous development and improvement of iGaming product offering to enhance the customer experience
Negotiate and maintain consistently favorable commercial agreements with all suppliers
Monitor the performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports
Monitor and assess the political and legal environment in other jurisdictions to determine business opportunities and threats
Steer development of a product portfolio which optimizes the acquisition, retention, and lifetime values of customers
Directly and indirectly manage a team of professionals across product, operations, marketing, and customer support to deliver the business goals
Leverage growth opportunities from both FanDuel Group and Flutter’s wider business assets
THE STATS
What were looking for in our next teammate
BA / BS degree (graduate degree a plus)
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a commercial function (or related) managing meaningful budgets and revenue targets preferred
Highly proficient with Excel (SQL and other analytics tools
– e.g.
KNIME, Python, R) a big plus
Online gaming and/or sportsbook experience highly desired
Curious, rigorous, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to execute tactically and willing to get your hands dirty
Confident, entrepreneurial and an experienced decision-maker – comfortable with considered risk and change
Excellent communicator, negotiator.
