Remote Role – Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Lead Generation

We are looking for a bright, outcome driven Business Development Professional to help us identify new clients and opportunities across North America.

The BDP Candidate will have experience in IT sales, IT services, LinkedIn and Email Marketing best practices with expert level experience working on CRM platforms.

Summary of Responsibilities: Leverage long list of client names in their personal Rolodex Leverage the already existing names in Accion Labs database (HubSpot) Research as needed to find new prospect / lead sources Understand the entirety of Accion Labs services lines Full utilization of all tools, platforms, and products for setting up intro calls Establish and maintain best practices around: Selling, Sales, Business Development Handling objections of prospective customers Following up, staying in touch, maintaining communication with prospective customers Understanding the Accion Labs brand identity and industry position Effectively communicate w prospective customers Recognize acceptable strategic sales approaches within IT services industry Staying informed on latest developments in technology trends What we’re looking for: Related college diploma or combination of education and experience Direct work experience in IT Services / selling and emailing capacity Solid experience in opportunity qualification, outreach control, account development, and time management, with a strong focus on results Excellent people skills, with customer focus, and ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with lead gen team members Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills Exceptional verbal and written comprehension, communication, and presentation skills Initiative-taking, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Creative and innovative thinking Elevated level of integrity and work ethic Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (HubSpot preferred) We are more than just a ‘job’ to our team, we think we’re a wonderful place to work.
