WHAT YOU’LL DO Through intermediate managers, direct space allocations, moves, modification and maintenance.

Engage with business units to gather data including staffing plans and business development strategies in order to prepare annual and multi-year plans.

Communicate regularly and effectively with multiple levels of leadership regarding space forecasting.

Cultivate key relationships with infrastructure support divisions including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Security, in order to coordinate service deliveries and improve the overall experience of our internal customers.

Make recommendations for all new offices, relocations, expansions and renewals in line with corporate and business unit(s) strategy.

Track space utilization, identifying trends, patterns and relationships to understand hybrid working patterns to help enable peak performance of the workplace.

Monitor and drive occupancy metrics to target goals.

Ensure all workplace solutions fall within the master plan and workplace strategy.

Work closely with the site(s) Crisis Management Team to implement business continuity and disaster response plans for each location.

Prepare the annual operating expense and capital budgets, including periodic forecasting and tracking variances.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Prior supervisory experience desired.

Customer service and solutions oriented Financial, analytical and problem solving skills Ability to develop effective working relationships communicating confidently and effectively, within all levels inside and outside of the organization Excellent oral, written, presentation, organization and planning skills Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a team Capacity to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and processes with skills to translate them into relevant data to recommend direction Understanding of global complexities especially those related to culture and business practices In depth knowledge of all MS Office applications including Power Point, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams Experience with AutoCAD and CAFM systems required WHAT WE OFFER At Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career.
