Duration: Full TimeAgreeYa Solutions is seeking a BusinessDevelopmentManager (BDM) who will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities with new customers within United States.
As a Business Development Manager you will be developing staffing opportunities nationwide, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings.Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing across US Geography.Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.Meet and exceed company’s staffing targetsExecute the business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.Develop strong, long-term trusted relationships with senior management at target accounts and close business.Develop target account plans and execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.Cross sell into existing clients to create new revenue streams.Required Qualifications and Experience:3-15 years (depending on the level) of quota carrying sales or account management experience in Staffing Sales.Experience managing fast-paced, complex product and services sales cycle.Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling to C/V/D-Level executivesTrack record of consistently over-achieving quota in current and past positionsCompetitive, team player, self-starter attitude with a desire to win.Excellent oral & written communication skills.Travel required up to 40%.: 21-03109 : Los Angeles, CA:
