Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

As our organization expands, we are looking for Managers with the following qualifications:A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of managers while leading a staff of 75+ employeesA genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests while maintaining a standard of excellenceThe availability to work 10 – 12 hours per day, including late nights, weekends, and holidaysJob Responsibilities:The ability to effectively lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver a superior guest experience through outstanding food and service qualityA passion for providing outstanding guest service and the ability to train, develop and monitor staff to consistently deliver on that promise to our guestsOpen, honest, timely and direct communication with peers and staff alikeA sense of urgency, self-discipline, organization, and attention to detailThe ability to work in a collaborative manner in a focused, purpose driven, and professional environmentMaintain professional appearance and grooming standards for yourself and monitor/coach on these standards for all staffCreate a positive work environment for our employees through friendly, caring, and professional communication.
