The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant is responsible for facilitating discovery, design, development, and deployment activities within an implementation of the Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail product.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant should also be well versed in the other areas of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations products.
The consultant will work cross-functionally with both clients, delivery, and sales teams to help deliver value and improve operations for our clients.

Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project lifecycle Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work Familiar with the following modules: Commerce, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Account Receivable, Sales and Marketing, Accounts Payable, and Procurement and Sourcing modules Write procedural instructions and train client on use and maintenance for Dynamics 365 Ability to work on multiple projects Here’s What We’re Looking For: 5 years of real-world experience, with at least two complete lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Previous ERP and/or POS software experience is also helpful, specifically Dynamics AX Retail and Dynamics RMS Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills Bachelor’s degree in a business or technically oriented field Ability to travel up to 50% As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288
