As the Director of Sales, you have a specialization within healthcare and enjoys developing, acquiring and growing revenue within the healthcare space, specifically in health plans, partnering with health insurances. The Director of Sales responsibilities include securing new business by promoting Mahmee solutions products and services, via phone or in person, thus penetrating the market for continued growth and expansion. You will be accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives, monthly/annual revenue quotas, maintaining existing clients and generating new revenue.
Responsibilities Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach comprehending their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.
Establish and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels; perform as liaison between sales support and clients in order to provide superior service and solutions.
Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional polished demeanor and business maturity.
Build pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues and manage sales funnels.
Helped to refine the Sales and Customer Success partnership construct over time to ensure collaboration, alignment and growth.
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies and competition.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Travel required as necessary.
Qualification 10+ years of sales experience
5+ years of sales experience in the health insurance sector
Ability and track record in driving business in a strategic manner for demand generation
Experience with partnering with health insurance companies
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead people
Excellent writing, presentation and listening skills
Excellent pipeline management skills and high discipline in keeping pipeline records, experience with CRMs (salesforce, Nutshell, etc)
Independent self-starter and a team player
