The Assistant Branch Manager is a valuable position within our organization and will make an impact by assisting with the general operations of the San Diego showroom and warehouse while striving to achieve company goals. The primary focus of the Assistant Branch Manager is to support all facility activities, work with the Branch Manager on process improvements and team development, and ensure quality service is provided by all team members.
This position works on-site, Monday-Friday, and you must be available to work between 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
How you will make an impact:
- Help grow the bottom line by assisting with all warehouse activities to help drive profitability and customer satisfaction
- Serve our customers by managing logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, training, and enforcing company standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Support operational activities in the branch, including expediting the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock levels to ensure accuracy on moving items
- Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A GED is required
- Some college experience or a college degree in business, logistics, management, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- 2+ years of experience as a keyholder or team lead responsible for managing people and/or operations is required
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service is required
- 1+ years of operation a forklift and/or small industrial vehicles is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Enterprise management software experience, preferably with SAP is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Valid class C driver’s license
