TITLE: Client Manager Commercial Lines (Commercial Lines Account Manager)LOCATION: Los Angeles, CASALARY: $65,000-75,000 (Depending on experience, qualifications, and training)SUMMARYProvide and maintain excellent service to clients, and support commercial lines team and producers in processing all lines of commercial insurance in accordance with the agency guidelines and Agency Best Practices for service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProcess renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requestsResponsible for accuracy of work delegated to support staffSupervise and, if necessary, issue certificates of insuranceCreate certificate guidelines formInitiate renewal meetings and be responsible for renewal processNegotiate coverages and premiums with carriersProvide producer and/or account executive with accurate renewal proposalsCheck policy coverages, endorsements and audits for accuracyHandle or delegate insureds’ and underwriters’ questions or requestsInvoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations and other appropriate transactionsAssist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accountsBe responsible for account roundingPursue a program for professional development consistent with your positionPerform other specific duties as requestedWork efficiently and effectively in a team environmentProject a positive attitude toward company and team goalsMaintain excellent communication, attitude and rapport with internal and external clientsMust have the ability to utilize intuitive behaviors to work with various personalities and stylesApply problem solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issuesWork with clients to become a ‘trusted advisor’ or ‘consultant’Adhere to commercial lines proceduresApply problem solving techniques to various issues that may arise with carrier and clientsWork strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s businessDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendorsDemonstrate good judgment when handling complex issues*POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree (B.
