Plus Bonuses!Paid Leasing BonusesRequirements:Minimum 1-year experience as a leasing consultantMust be bilingual in Spanish & EnglishMust have a Valid California Drivers LicenseMust have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience.Lease apartments to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy.Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.Build a strong resident retention program.Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting.Must be energetic and have strong sales skills.Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.
