As the Affiliate Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting/managing a portfolio of Affiliate Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day management/support to affiliates and clients via phone and email Work closely with Clients’ teams to plan and execute new promotions Develop strategy and execute plans to measurably grow clients online businesses Recruit and optimize relationships with new and existing marketing partners Develop and execute communication to affiliates through newsletters Maintain affiliate promotional calendar Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate performance of the programs, and recommend improvements Ensure Affiliates are paid on time and accurately REQUIREMENTS: Hustle and Exceptional Work Ethic are an absolute must Minimum two years of Affiliate experience required, Agency experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem identification and resolution skills Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities Strong knowledge of Excel and basic HTML.
Comfort level with and interested in Internet technologies such as data feeds and XML.
Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision Ability to work effectively in a team Ability to be self-directed as a remote team member (or join us in our offices in Bluebell, PA if preferred) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $45,000.00
– $70,000.00 per year based on experience
