The WHC sales representative will call on OB/GYNs, select primary care physicians and APPs (NPs and PAs) to achieve sales goals. As a member of the sales team, the WHC sales representative works closely with the District Manager, other sales team members and internal & external colleagues, to achieve district and corporate objectives. They will demonstrate a sense of urgency to successfully execute a new product launch for their assigned territory. WHC sales representative will deliver clinically relevant messages to HCPs for appropriate patients while building relationships with all customers supporting patients. The representative will meet and exceed sales objectives while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Customer Focused Become a product expert and effectively engage OB/GYNs, select primary care physicians, NP/PAs and office-staff within assigned geographical territory delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new product, educating on clinical relevance and overcoming objections. Demonstrate exceptional understanding of market access opportunities, challenges and effectively communicate pull through tactics supporting customers. Maintain a positive and compliant working relationship with HCPs and office staff. Maintain thorough knowledge of product, treatment options, market access environment including satisfactory completion of company’s training program. Delivering Results Successfully manage territory to meet or exceed all sales goals. Execute on tactical strategies within the assigned geographic territory to achieve individual and district goals for sales, market share, call metrics, etc. Regularly review and analyze all available sales data to effectively manage territory and increase sales. Meet or exceeds on call plan expectations and achieve territory, product sales goals while adhering to all company Policies and Procedures, including company’s Code of Conduct. Accurately report/submit sales call activities, sample management, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Sales Management. Enterprise Mindset Collaborate and coordinate with sales, market access and marketing personnel to ensure that appropriate product, payor information is made available to HCPs and staff to otherwise address customer requests. Attend and participate in teleconference national, regional meetings and training sessions and represent client at national and/or local meetings when requested. Ensure that all activities and interactions are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards, and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Program and Amplity values. All other duties as assigned Education and Experience: Required: Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience or 3+ years successful B2B experience with a clinical acumen. Demonstrated success engaging customers virtually using digital platforms. Has demonstrated a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in assigned territory. Successfully demonstrated the ability to leverage pull through tactics in a more managed therapeutic area. Strong analytical skills Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment Strong technical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and digital meeting platforms including Teams, Zoom etc. Valid driver’s license and, safe driving record Assigned territory may cover a larger geographical area which may require overnight stay (as needed). Willingness to travel within the territory (post Covid) Representatives may be required to submit and maintain required credentials such as requests for vaccination information, trainings, adherence to HCP/Hospital policies, and other job-related documentation, in order to gain compliant access to hospitals or healthcare providers. Representatives visiting facilities in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, or Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County may be required to obtain a license in order to detail/sell in those areas. Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination required.
