Sales Development Representative

Ragnarok, Inc.

This is a Contract position in Los Angeles, CA posted September 9, 2021.

Ragnarok is a rapidly-expanding full-service agency with teams in NYC, LA, and Austin, as well as team members based around the US.

As a marketing dev agency rolled into one, we bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and technology.

We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS, web, video) and MarTech implementations.

We work with 50 clients, ranging in size from startups like YETI, Joybird, and Allbirds to established marquee brands like AE Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker.

We are looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative , as a part of our Sales team.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in the digital marketing industry and is looking to grow their experience in prospecting and sales.

Examples of daily projects include: Qualifying new sales opportunities out of incoming web leads and lists of prospects.

Working closely with Account Executives and our Sales leadership to identify strong potential prospects and create interest.

Providing engaging and articulate information about Ragnarok’s value proposition to potential customers.

Work with leading Martech partners on cross sell and upsell programs Attend partner marketing events Work with Sales leadership on data driven outreach campaigns Required Skills Abilities: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

Comfortable with building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across Email, Phone and Linkedin Excellent customer service skills.

Professional with a high energy level.

Possess a pleasant and confident phone voice.

Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Gsuite.

Can work collaboratively across multiple teams High level of accuracy and a hawk-like attention to detail Are a strong verbal and written communicator, and are comfortable relaying technical information (internally and externally) If based in the NYC area and stay with the team, are comfortable working remotely as well as in-office (when we can safely return), sometimes with dogs Bonus Points: Experience within the email marketing industry, Martech or Adtech Experience with Copper, etc.
