Sales Planner

Mission of the Job This position will be integral to the success and smooth running of the Acast US sales team.

We are looking for a confident and tenacious individual to serve as a sales planner and help the entire sales process from identifying sales opportunities to post campaign analysis.

This role is ideal for someone who has some experience working in a fast moving media environment, and who can organize and multi-task like a pro.

Previous experience in sales planning is required 1-2 years.

Previous experience in startups is preferred but not required.

Role Responsibilities & Outcomes Reporting to the US Operations Manager and our Chief Revenue Officer in London, this role will serve as a connector between advertising operations and our sales team.

Roles and responsibilities include: Create media sales and proposals and respond to briefs Research user data and audience metrics for reporting Work with US sales teams to provide support for RFPs Forecast and Manage ad inventory Liaise with agencies and clients to set up, deliver and report on performance of podcast campaigns Identify target brands and clients for Acast US sales team to reach out to Help build and create sales collateral Liaise with UK and Swedish offices as necessary Assist with traffic ads on our network Suggest media mix and pricing as suitable to customer budget and goals Competencies Examples Include Detail-oriented and organized You cross your Ts and dot your Is without being asked.
