We are looking for talent to join us in now!You Are:As a Sales Practitioner (Expert), you will originate a pursuit strategy to close specific sales opportunities for the Risk & Compliance (R&C) Operations offering. You will develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients, create strong value propositions, and act as the point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key sales pursuit and account-related items. You will provide valuable R&C services and tech related expertise to clients and internally within Accenture.You have extensive R&C industry experience and domain knowledge and are a recognized leader in the R&C space. Your strong knowledge of R&C practice, combined with your persuasive abilities, enable you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, drive meaningful conversations and achieve successful outcomes. You are a true team player and want to be part of an organization that strives to make a difference by innovating with a purpose.The Work:You will transform the way R&C works in the future AND engage in one or more of following types of projects:+ Lead and shape winning proposals for large scale RFPs and sole sourced engagements in managed services+ Lead sales growth and mining in existing R&C accounts for specific Market Units and industry segments+ Create value propositions in deals, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage+ Co-innovate and lead transformation agenda for our leading clients+ Be a thought leader and deep domain specialist in one of many towers (e.g. KYC, AML, Sanctions and Fraud), provide best-in-class industry view, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagements and drive existing client portfolios into “the New”Here’s What You Need:+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in risk and compliance+ Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering at least 2 large scale end-to-end R&C sales cycles or transformations for global clientsBonus Points:+ Bachelor’s degree with a focus in law, finance, business or other related field strongly preferred+ ACAMS and /or CFE certification would be an advantage+ Knowledge as a global domain expert in one or more of the following offerings within DRC (KYC, AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Controls and Risk Management)+ Well versed in global industry leading ecosystem technologies & tools, automation, AI and analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing digital compliance solutions+ Strong sales orientation in R&C+ Excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at CCO/CFO/COO and at CAMLO level, and in shaping and delivering value-led compliance projects+ Existing relationships within the industry and our industry leaders at Accenture+ Solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment and accustomed to driving outcomes in matrixed organization structures+ Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale transformation projects+ Be action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable+ Be flexible and capable of some travel+ Experience in process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and ExcelCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
