The Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our Sales Directors in driving revenue for the Brand Partnerships team. Key Responsibilities include:

Conducting research and gathering trade articles to prepare for client meetings.

Compiling competitive spending data and creating/editing sales materials for presentations.

Managing internal requests related to RFPs and other client needs, including research/data and ideas for custom content.

Ensuring accuracy in data input for Salesforce and other pipeline management tasks.

Assisting in scheduling both internal and external meetings, as well as managing travel itineraries and planning.

Acting as an extension of the Sales Director in the RFP process, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and holding internal stakeholders accountable.

Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client pitches.

Collaborating with internal stakeholder teams, such as brand partnerships, media & ad ops, data labs, and legal.

Becoming a subject matter expert on all Moonbug IP and Brand Partnerships offerings.

Requirements

1+ years experience within the media industry: media agency or publisher/advertising sales

Experience working in customer service roles and comfortable interfacing with clients.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills.

Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excited by a fast paced environment.
