Online Sales Specialist

The HP Online Sales Specialist is responsible for interacting directly with customers through retailer sites.

In this part-time position, the online sales specialist will answer questions, attach supplies and upsell products based on the customers’ needs.

In this role, it’s imperative to have a keen eye for detail and a customer service attitude.As an HP Online Sales Specialist, you will ensure that all questions asked on a retailer’s site either through chat or the designated QA sections are answered.
