National Account Sales Representative

NATIONAL ACCOUNT SALES REPRESENTATIVES EBIN New York, Inc.

is seeking Sales Representatives with superior prospecting skills and demonstrated results in sales to join our team.

Each Sales Representative will be responsible for the business development of our national retail market, open new accounts, as well as service existing clients.

It requires someone with an ability to work independently and has the willingness to travel.

Responsibilities & Duties Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients/customers.

Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, opportunities and business insights.

Assist in the successful reach of monthly and annual sales goals.

Exceptional sales skills including negotiation, strategic selling, category management and leading-edge sales strategies.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Highly motivated and a tenacious team player.

Manage all the calls, meetings and travels with existing regional/national chain retailers.

Attend conventions/meetings/socializing events with regional/national chain retailers.

Collaborate with purchasing department, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.

Update, report and share daily/weekly/monthly sales report with your team as guided by corporate policy.

Qualifications Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services.

This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services including, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience; preferably in the cosmetics/beauty industry.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Bilingual/Multilingual a plus.

Ability to create and conduct sales presentations Ability and willingness to work independently.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly.

Experience communicating with senior leadership and management.

Must possess high level of computer skills, including but not limited to Google G Suite, Microsoft Office Programs.

Reside in New Jersey or New York preferred.
