Air Charter Service was established in 1990 in the basement of our Chairman’s home and today employs over 500 people globally, across 27 offices on six continents. We often work with various music tours, television show production crews, sports teams around the world, corporate sponsored vacations, and we also have helped to provide relief aid after several natural disasters. LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER
- Establishes good relationships with clients and team
- Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation
- Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
- Balances the demands of a work life and a personal life
- Keep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value
- Sets high standards for quality over quantity and consistently achieves project goals
- Adapts to the team, consults others and communicates proactively
- Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
- Produces a range of solutions to problems
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)
- Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
- Makes effective use of processes to influence and persuade other
- Upon starting, training will be in London for a minimum of 3 months
THE PERSON
- Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role
- Ability to work independently but enjoys working with people inside and outside the organization
- Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment
- Able to take a commercial outlook on all flights to ensure a win-win for ACS
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills
