The Director of IT Execution role leads the end-to-end software process, across multiple methodologies and software engineering organization.
Will also lead other initiatives that add value to the organization but do not yield software solutions.

Direct customer needs assessments and manage the delivery of services Provides oversight and direction to the team to establish development process and standards that ensure the development team achieves objectives and milestones on time and within budget Collaborates and provide guidance to project management resources in developing project plans by providing tasks and estimates Apply a strong aptitude for iterative functionality-driven software development, preferably leveraging Agile framework and software principles Understand the businesss clinical and operational needs.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field 13 years of computer systems experience with 5 or more years of management responsibility 4 years of managing large teams 4 years of experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology 4 years of experience managing and leading geographically dispersed technical teams Knowledge and experience in multiple delivery methodologies and frameworks Demonstrated ability for systems thinking and complex problem solving Facility with multiple leadership stances including Teacher, Mentor, Facilitator, and Coach Demonstrated Technical Competence Demonstrated executive presence, political awareness and organizational navigation Proven ability to translate vision into achievable business value and socialize value metrics Demonstrated track record of leading technical teams, customer management and project management Proven ability to work with IT operations to quickly come to resolution of open support requests Proven team building, mentoring and leadership skills Proven time management, decision-making, presentation and organization Proven ability to define and implement process improvement and change management Solid Healthcare industry data domain knowledge Demonstrated communication skills
