Clearlink is currently seeking experienced and Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join our work from home Medicare team!
You will assist customers to make Medicare health care decisions by carefully matching customers with the optimal products and services.
This person will be responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to all customers and maintaining the highest level of integrity, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
This is a role that will be offered seasonally for those licensed agents who love to work during AEP, but choose to do other things during the AEP off season.
This seasonal position working term will be from August 30th December 7th.Your day-to-day: Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals Complete transactional sales through closing Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures Make outbound calls to follow up on and close business Other duties and projects will be assigned as neededWho we’re looking for:MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH & LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: AL, AZ, CO, FL, TX, UT, VA, WI Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone Excellent computer software skills (e.G.
Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills) Strong communication skills High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred Call center experience preferred Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends) Must be able to work 50hr/week during AEPVideo Interview Required:The first step in your Sales Associate interview is a self-recorded video interview powered by HireVue.
