Business Development Executives are instrumental in ensuring the ongoing expansion of their business.

This is a full cycle, highly visible role that makes a direct and significant impact.

Role: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Own the full sales cycle, do the demos find clients and guide prospects through needs analysis and discovery Maintain a growth mindset and positive attitude You: 1.5years of B2B SaaS sales (SDRS and AEs) Perks: You would start with a $60K base AND a $10K signing bonus With a first year OTE of $130K.

(But 80% of West Coast reps surpassed that last year) Top reps in this role make $350K-$400K a year.

So many incentives too Commission accelerators, renewal bonuses, retention bonus, etc.
