All full time employees are provided medical, dental, and vision benefits as well Job Summary: The Account Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the General Manager and Sales Managers on all sales and client activity.
He /she will provide general administrative support as needed to the GM and OP office.
S/he must work closely with the GM in promoting the Company’s culture, mission and philosophy.
Qualifications:
– College degree preferred.
– Prior administrative experience, but not required.
– Prior event experience preferred, but not required.
– Excellent computer skills necessary, including EXCEL, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to communicate work related information to co-workers, supervisors, vendors and clients.
– Able to work flexible work schedule in order to accommodate business levels.
Essential Job Functions: 1.
Assist Direct of Sales and / or Sales Manager and/or Senior Account Executive by maintaining calendar and appointments, scheduling logistical, sales and tasting meetings.
2.
Assist Sales Manager and/or Senior Account Executive in responding to client questions including menu selections, logistics, rental equipment and party production.
3.
Handle in house questions including menu selections, logistics, rental equipment and party production.
4.
Assist Sales Manager by attending tastings and logistical meetings with Sales Manager when necessary.
5.
Conduct follow up calls on pending proposals as directed by Sales Manager.
6.
Conduct follow up with clients after events for feedback as directed by Sales Manager.
7.
Assist Sales Managers in planning, coordinating and executing events.
8.
Assist with initial sales inquiries and prepare proposals as needed.
9.
Responsible for “auction” prize dinner/cocktail parties that clients purchase for gala events.
10.
Responsible for designated Sales Manager’s party production, including:
• Preparing folders and sending booker staff sheets
• Finalize menus and distribute event orders to appropriate departments/ managers.
• Prepare liquor permits
• Prepare rental orders, coordinate delivery, pickup and payment.
• Prepare detailed Final Instructions 11.
Order uniforms/ clothing for staff when necessary as directed by Sales Manager.

Prepare Final invoices for distribution.
13.
Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
14.
Perform and complete all reasonable assignments as requested by management.
15.
Follow proper time keeping policies and procedures.
16.
Follow all sign in and out procedures for keys.
17.
Know and follow all Abigail Kirsch emergency and safety procedures.
