Qualifications

  • Passionate approach to hospitality as well as food & beverage
  • Foundational service experience and/or a deep understanding and commitment to a high level of hospitality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in environment with time constraints
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently
  • Commitment to retaining information during training process, including memorization of food/beverage offerings as well as restaurant standards and practices
  • Knack for inspiring teammates to go above-and-beyond expectations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and be able to demonstrate complete knowledge of all food/beverage offerings including seasonal specials
  • Approach service with positivity and enthusiasm, including interactions with teammates, guests, vendors, and neighbors
  • Execute restaurant standards of service as outlined in Server Training Handbook
  • Demonstrate commitment to high standards of hospitality and providing an ideal guest experience
  • Be willing to handle high volume with poise and grace, thriving under the pressure of a busy service
  • Find solutions outside standard scope of service to thrill our guests and, as needed, recover dissatisfied guests
  • Consistently approach duties with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail
  • Perform secondary responsibilities including cleaning tasks, stocking, and organization at direction of team leaders
  • Step outside scope of responsibilities to assist team members with theirs

Compensation: $35 (hourly + tips)
