Overview Founded in 2013 and based in Los Angeles, California, The Dudes’ Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated and specializes in innovative approaches to classic beer styles designed to appeal to casual beer drinkers and craft beer fanatics alike. With an aim to pump out enough kegs and cans to keep all the Dudes and Dudettes across Southern California effectively quenched through truly engaging service, The Dudes’ Brewing Company is growing! In addition to great beer, The Dudes’ tap rooms feature scratch-kitchens crafting pizza, wings, and more to complement what’s in your glass. We’re currently on the hunt for Beer Servers who bring the perfect blend of talent, passion, experience, and motivation as we continue to grow. A qualified Beer Server candidate will possess a minimum of one year of serving, barista, or bartending experience focusing on craft beverages. The candidate should demonstrate that Guest interaction and service is FIRST among all things, while sharing a love for great food and beer. The ideal candidate is skilled at moving quickly in a high-volume environment while still being able to be flexible to happily acknowledge and answer any questions, even when a Guest asks for something off the menu. We expect the right candidate to possess humility and respect. A flexible schedule is preferred – dinner hours and Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability is required. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and building relationships. If you’d like to learn more about us, please visit our Facebook Page or check us out on Instagram @thedudesbrew General Responsibilities • Treat guests in a courteous, friendly manner. • Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest • Learn, practice and teach beer terminology and the brewing process • Take and process drink orders • Work with POS system, receive cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, etc. • Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized. • Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area • Know and follow ABC laws including checking for identification and serving intoxicated guests • Preforms other duties assigned Requirements Education, Experience & other requirements • Bar/Restaurant/Retail environment experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in cold environment • Nights and weekend availability is required • Unquestionable integrity • Positive attitude • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Must be of legal age to pour alcohol (21+) • Cicerone Beer Server Certification or willingness to obtain • Willing to take the Safe Serve Certification or LEAD willingness to obtain • Interest in Craft Beer…
