What We Offer:
- Annual Salary: $400,000-$600,000 Beginning the second year, there is a profit or
partnership available
- Productivity bonus from 50k to 100k
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the female pelvic floor, including urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse
- Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, OB/GYNs, and other specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery
- Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Support the practice’s commitment to quality care and excellent patient experience
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Urology or Urogynecology
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
