Program Facilitator

Job Summary 

The Facilitator will be responsible for keeping the group focused and on tasks with the organization’s agenda and objectives.

The preferred facilitation style a is supportive, encouraging, and collaborative.

With the ability to steer the group to do their best thinking to support their desired outcomes. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in the facilitation of large meetings in person and virtually, who can effectively engage with, and advise leaders within large, geographically dispersed organizations. 

Project Controller responsibilities include: Communicating and coordinating with team to maintain control over documents (Product/Project/Feature Plans and Roadmaps) associated with ongoing projects.


Job Skills and Qualifications 

  Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business, or related field

– 5 years of experience serving as a facilitator, or other similar role(s).   
Excellent servant/leader skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency  
Ability to actively listen, analyze and offer solutions for obstacles to improve processes.
Professionalism and an ability to manage challenging situations in a manner that is conducive to finding a resolution  
Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques  
Ability to plan and organize in complex, fast-paced environments  
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)  
Mature, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills  
Results-oriented, self-motivated, team player, positive attitude, and enthusiastic  
Be a United States citizen    
Ability to attain a security clearance

Pay: $90.00
– $100.00 per year
