Addison Group’s client is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Executive Assistant to join their team in Washington DC The pay-rate is $17-27/hour.
This is a contract position that’s currently hybrid (2 days in-office).

Job Description: Admin support including calendar management, meeting preparation and presentations Prioritize inquiries and requests, make judgments and recommendations to ensure seamless daily engagements Complete all administrative tasks that facilitate the Exec Director’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing documents, draft neccesary paperwork; preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; completing invoices and expense reports Primary POC for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Exec Work closely with the Exec Preparing Agendas and transcribing notes Schedules all appointments and other commitments, travel and logistics, and travel coordination Support preparation for speaking engagements, committees, member meetings, and conferences Maintains an efficient flow of information and coordinates correspondence and internal and external memos, emails, and documents Attend meetings and take minutes, prepare meeting briefs and Board books Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the Execs internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of the organization’s plans and priorities Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills Extremely organized with great attention to detail Great interpersonal skills 3 years of related experience Ability to answer any inquiries/phone calls in English and Spanish Fluent in Spanish Experience with planning travel Proficiency in MS Office Suite Experience creating presentations Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
