Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

We are looking for Barbacks that embody the following:
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional appearance and the ability to adhere to Bottega Louie standards
Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends.
Part Time is available as well!
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other bar necessities to ensure that bartenders can serve customers efficiently
Have extensive knowledge of Bottega Louies food offerings, beverage program and patisserie items
Keep the bar neat and clean (including, but not limited to organizing the counter, cleaning up spills or broken glasses, assisting in emergency situations)
Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, a positive attitude, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
Qualified Barbacks must have a team-based mentality and superb multitasking skills.
Two Years experience is a plus.
