West LA law firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! 
Details:

Temp to hire
Duties – data entry, filing, mailing  (“basic admin work’)
Best candidates will be good with numbers
Someone who has comfortability with Microsoft WORD- also lots of filling out applications online.

We are looking for administrative assistant candidates who are customer service oriented, independent thinkers who do not require micro-management and who will be in a visible position, needs professionally dressed admin to respond to
escrow demands, make return phone calls, process payments and payment plans, follow up with title company will be trained on their software, is proficient with with MS word and excel and be good with basic numbers. They will be supporting two account managers.

Experience working with title companies, real estate experience, understanding of grant deeds, and chain of title experience a plus.
This is a full time position. Our Company offers excellent compensation and benefits, a friendly work environment with room for advancement.
