Talent Development Specialist

This temporary position is funded through March 2023.

The position is open to both internal and external candidates.

Candidates with experience supporting previous CDA participants are highly encouraged to apply.

Internal candidates: If a current employee is selected for this position, he/she will need to apply and be selected for another Acelero or Shine position by March 2023.

Compensation: $60,000 annually This role is eligible for benefits The Talent Development Specialist position will be responsible for supporting the development of Acelero’s internal Infant Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) program.

This role will drive key HR related aspects of the program like managing the process of certifying the program, identifying and enrolling employees into the program, and supporting employees and monitoring progress.

This is a temporary position that is currently funded through March 2023.

Responsibilities Co-develop Infant/Toddler CDA program with our professional development team and successfully align workstreams.

Seek program accreditation and be an officially recognized partner of the CDA council.

Identify and enroll eligible employees into our CDA program.

Partner with our HR team to ensure proper Workday configuration to track employees’ enrollment and progress throughout our CDA program.

Support employees in successfully completing the CDA program and monitoring their progress.

Support additional talent development initiatives Requirements Experience in supporting individuals to obtain CDAs or other similar credentials.

Experience in coaching or supporting talent development initiatives.

Experience in building and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.

Other Remote position with a possibility of limited (5%) travel.
