Replenish as needed throughout shift.PEOPLEPromote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departmentsGUEST EXPERIENCEMay set-up and replenish appetizer or “happy hour” buffet, if applicableRESPONSIBLE BUSINESSClean beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas; assist in clearing tables and cleaning work areasAssist Bartender in the preparation of garnishes and mixesPerform other duties as assignedWhat we need from youBasic reading, writing and math skills.This job requires the ability to perform the following:Handling, carrying or pushing items weighing as much as 50 pounds (ice, carts, boxes, bottles, etc.)Standing and moving about the work areasOther:Communication skills are necessary when interacting with guests and supervisorAlcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agencyBasic reading, writing, and math skills are used at timesMay be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidaysWhat we offerHotel discounts worldwide are available as well as access to a wide variety of discount programs and the chance to work with a great team of people.
