Description

The Practice Development Manager (PDM) has general responsibilities for all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory.

This includes planning, organizing, and implementing all account management activities related to the sale and distribution of Company products, with high accountability for achieving the territory utilization quotas and objectives.

The Practice Development Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with accounts for ABM devices, skincare products, and supporting overall product usage within the assigned territory.

Position Requirements

  • A degree or license in business, communications, nursing, medicine and/or the aesthetics field strongly preferred but not required
  • Previous experience as a Practice Development Manager, or an equivalent role, is required
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in the aesthetics, medical, and/or sales industry or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills

Pay Rate
