CalabasasCAJob DescriptionThe Harbor Freight Tools Store Operations Team is a team of business operators responsible for working cross-functionally across all business functions to support and plan daily store operations as well as support bringing new initiatives and process improvements to life across 1300+ retail stores.

The Store Operations Specialist implements processes and initiatives within the retail organization through clear and timely communications, problem-solving, and a focus on proactively finding solutions to enable store execution.

The Store Operations Specialist is a responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly customer-focused liaison between the store teams and cross-functional partners that drives quality service for stores.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally to implement new processes, initiatives, and store solutions.Follow project plans to drive results and establish feedback loops to measure the success of the implementation processOversee workload scheduling and act as a gatekeeper responsible for evaluating capacity, sequence, and optimal timing for store and field implementationsFacilitate effective communication between corporate, stores, and Field Leadership, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on all field and store operations and a champion of stores.
