The Work Security and Risk professionals develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or disruption.

Cyber Transformation and Advisory Services professionals develop and deliver solutions for organizations to gain visibility of security events within their environment.

Build new or develop existing event correlation, reporting and remediation capabilities based on advanced monitoring use cases, external threat intelligence, and known traffic patterns.

Identity new or develop existing data integration points to build a security data warehouse for the purpose of exploratory analytics.

Our consultants assist clients with the identification and evaluation of holistic security gaps with a focus on the infrastructure and business applications layer.

They also anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes, and organizations.

Our managers can easily work with non-security teams to integrate security controls on projects.

We are currently searching for consultants for our Security Technology practice with prior experience in the following areas: security operations center buildouts, continuous improvements, and monitoring, compliance, and infrastructure security skills including SIEM, Network and Security Monitoring skills.

Renamed to current specialty name from Cyber Operational Resilence Key Responsibilities may include: Candidate has comprehensive hands-on experience performing SIEM deployments in hybrid (on-premises & cloud) customer environments, leading requirements gathering, architecture, and implementation phases in support real-time security monitoring operations Perform as technical lead in the development, and delivery of custom content, system integration, and event reporting Assist project lead in planning and estimation of technical work efforts Experience leveraging insights from Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) services and SIEM platforms (i.e., Splunk, Azure Sentinel) to provide improved visibility into client’s security posture Work with client hybrid environment engineers and administrators to integrate in-scope data sources with the SIEM platforms to develop and operationalize correlation rules Co-creating architecture concepts and implementation designs in support of security monitoring objectives Troubleshoot and configure networking devices, cloud services, databases, Windows and/or Unix/Linux system administration, applications etc.

with the SIEM platform Build and implement reporting and visualizations to inform and assist clients’ incident response teams and security managers Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel Design, develop, and document Security Operations Center Procedures and Processes Communicate client expectations to the engagement team Identify data coverage gaps and areas for improving the SIEM detection capabilities Define and assist in the creation of operational and executive security reports and dashboards Travel up to 80% Basic Qualifications: At least 3 years of technical experience in cybersecurity field 2 years SIEM (Splunk ES or Azure Sentinel) administration experience (Certified Splunk Administrator, Splunk Certified Architect or Splunk PS accreditations preferred, OR Azure AZ-500 & SC-200 Certifications preferred) 2 years of working with SIEM tools performing deployment, configuration, and maintaining operations, content development 2 years’ experience with operational information security disciplines (e.g., incident response, security infrastructure management or monitoring services) Ability to own technical requirements gathering, design, and build/development efforts.

Preferred Skill Requirements: Hands-on SIEM data onboarding experience, inclusive of: Custom data parsing and normalization Experience with SIEM search language (e.g., Splunk SPL or Azure KQL) Custom use case development Experience creating, updating, and managing events of interest in Splunk Enterprise Security or Azure Sentinel Hands on SIEM experience across on-prem and multi-cloud Hands-on experience in script development (e.g.

KQL scripts, bash, python) Detailed practical knowledge of internet protocols, firewalls, proxies, and intrusion detection/prevention systems Ability to conduct multi-step breach and investigative analysis to trace the dynamic activities associated with advanced threats Statistical and analytical modeling experience Deep understanding and proven experience in Cyber Security Operations (Monitoring, Detection, Incident Response, Forensics) Project and delivery management experience RFP/RFI Response Knowledge (ability to work and support proposal efforts) Cyber Security experience in complex global enterprise and or Govt.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288
