The Shipping & Operations Coordinator will serve under the Manager of Operations and Production to ensure seamless operating functions, efficacies, and organization.
The Shipping and Ops Coordinator will drive operational efficiencies ensuring that best practice guidelines are followed, inbound and outbound shipments are handled both with care and in a timely manner, work with both our WSL and ECOMM shipping teams on stock and order verification, EDI management, stockroom organization and maintenance, and day-to-day office tasks.
The ideal candidate will have expectational interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, flexibility and enjoy the administrative challenges of a growing design focused company.
The Shipping and Operations Lead should have a strong interest in learning all operational roles within a consumer goods company with a focus on daily operations, quality control, and operating systems.
This role will be looked to for excellent organizational and communication skills.
