HR Coordinator

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a HR Coordinator for a contract position in Los Angeles, CA.  Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the drug and alcohol testing program process.
  • Process a high volume of data entry, merge forms and documents and store in SharePoint system;
  • Run queries and reports. Process and maintain organized confidential personnel testing and other records. Tracking and reconciliation of data;
  • Clean-up, organize and maintain electronic records in Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Contacts medical clinics and/or personnel to follow-up on documents, and/or to arrange testing appointments.
  • Support manager and/or team members with other assignments to support strategic goals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and experience with Human Resources and general office practices.
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability of computer software applications and strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous work related experience required.
  • College level of oral and written communications.
  • Self-motivated and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and to prioritize and organize heavy workloads. Strong and supportive team player.
  • Flexible and able to function in a high paced department with heavy workloads and frequently changing priorities to address departmental needs.
  • Experienced with handling and protecting confidential records.
