Acara Partners, is seeking an individual for a Full Time position focused on Digital Marketing.
Duties of the Position: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): o Setup, support, optimize and analyze client SEO tactics and online performance o Regular keyword research o Leverage off
– and on-page best practices to ensure websites are ranking optimally, in accordance with client goals/initiatives o Daily and monthly SEO updates to client websites and campaigns o Monthly dashboard analysis and reporting o Work hand in hand with Agency’s content and web dev teams, by making recommendations for improvements based upon client’s site performance o Stay on top of emerging technical solutions to bring efficiencies and best practices to team work flow and best in class digital analytical support to clients Email marketing: o Email creation o Email list segmentation o Email campaign analysis Back up responsibilities include support to the Paid Media Specialist who focuses on client PPC and Social Ads: o Research, analysis and proposal of campaign modifications based upon client competition o Manage campaign expenses, bidding strategies, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies We want to hear from you if you: thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy the challenge of balancing shifting priorities seek out ways to drive the success of client’s businesses collaborate with and respect the expertise of teammates around you Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred.
· 2 years of marketing or agency experience with a strong background in SEM, digital, and email marketing.
· In depth knowledge of and certifications in SEO, Google analytics, email marketing, social media, and ability to provide analytical reports.
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with an ability to juggle multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
· Familiar with client project management software, such as Workzone, Basecamp or others.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have strong problem-solving ability.
· Aesthetic medical industry experience helpful.
