Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


• 24 months of role experience is required.


• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required: CRT and Fluoroscopic cert/permit (attach to resume). Resource must have certification from a JCERT accredited rad tech program. Inpatient experience

Scrubs: brown or light gray

Details: 2 weekends/month, holiday rotation required


RTO must be included at time of initial submission, RTO can not be changed or added once submitted (project out) – same for extensions, once requested it can not be altered

Candidates will float within hospital – maybe float between campuses (would be discussed in interview and be on offer)– travelers are first to float

Background Policy – ensure any known background hits are highlighted in submission for AM review

Return Staff Policy: Note if return traveler so we can run through staffing contact, candidate must be away for at least 1 year from the system

2 required and must be supervisor level or above. One must be within the last year. Charge Nurses accepted. At least one reference must list dates of affiliation from the past year.

Maximum days off: 3 days

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)
