Summary: The Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is looking for an energetic and motivated Senior Group Sales Manager who is looking for a great opportunity that will foster growth within their hospitality career! The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel group sales across various market segments (corporate, association, tour & travel, social, etc). Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests. You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of sales duties to reach your individual and hotel goals. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the team on various projects.

What you will be doing:

Solicit group business and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives

Focus on a variety of group segments, such as: Corporate, Association, Tour & Travel, Social, etc.

Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts

Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events.

Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details.

Management of sales coordinator and working with Conference Services Manager to ensure success of programs held at the property.
