In this vital role, you will Collaborate with scientists and support the late-stage product and process characterization of pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate with scientists in a multidisciplinary team to support the late-stage product and process characterization of pharmaceutical products with sophisticated analytical methods including capillary electrophoresis, chromatography, and mass spectrometry techniques.
Contribute to the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of analytical methods, participate in qualification, transfer, and validation experiments with a focus on separation-based purity and characterization methods Other duties include data analyses, maintenance of electronic notebook records of experimental data, participation in the authoring of technical protocols and reports, and presentation of results in internal meetings Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree OR Associates degree and 4 years of process development experience Or High school diploma / GED and 6 years of process development experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or closely related field Experience and demonstrated curiosity about industrial analytical laboratories supporting the characterization of protein therapeutics Experience or a basic understanding of analytical methodologies used to characterize protein therapeutics including CE, SEC, IEX, RP, HILIC, and MS Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel and other statistical software Ability to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectively Ability to independently prioritize, manage and schedule tasks in order to meet deliverables Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and electronic lab notebook (ELN) Thrive Some of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
