Photographs interior and exterior components and all areas of the property to document findings. Verifies legal descriptions in public records and uses comparable methods to determine value. Prepares detailed appraisal reports. Communicates and coordinates with staff within FEMA as well as local, state, tribal and/or territorial governments. Performs other duties as assigned.
