This medical facility is seeking a dedicated nurse leader who will be proactive in promoting excellent clinical care and best nursing practices. The Nurse Manager Catheterization Cath Lab will be responsible for the daily operations of the Catheterization Cath Lab department. They will ensure department goals and objectives are met and furthermore, will continue to uphold the high standards of quality care within the Cath Lab.
The 300+ bed hospital is well known for their high quality Cardiovascular Services. In addition to the Cardiac Cath Lab, there are a number of other services provided at this facility including but not limited to: Cardiovascular ICU, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology Lab and more. The Cath Lab Nurse Manager will join a team of dedicated Nurse leaders who are passionate about providing high quality patient care. The multi-disciplinary team will work together to develop new programs and create the best care plans for the patients they serve.
The Nurse Manager Cath Lab will provide leadership, support and manage the Nurse Supervisor, Charge Nurses and RN Staff Nurses working within the department. The RN Nurse Manager Cath Lab will report directly to the Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services in addition to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO.
