Master Scheduler
Permanent – Onsite – San Fernando Valley
Our client has an urgent need for a Master Scheduler who will develop and maintain a stable Master Production Schedule. This will be accomplished by interpreting client forecasted demand across all value streams.
Experience:
- Execute the weekly Planning Cycle
- Review and Analyze long term forecasts to improve materials accuracy.
- Establishes Production schedules including raw material procurement and manufacturing schedules.
- Prepares a cost of goods sold forecast in coordination with Sales & Marketing
- Monitor and maintain the MPS in SAP.
- Monitor and maintain Commercial sales order commit dates in SAP.
- Ensure revenue targets are met by issuing a supportive Planning Schedule.
- Analyze site capacity requirements, identify mid-long-term areas for improvement
- Attend/lead Daily Operations meeting, weekly Planning meeting, monthly/quarterly Capacity Planning meeting, and Client product supply meetings.
Requirements:
- 7 years’ experience in Materials Management / Production Planning in a FDA regulated environment
- Highly proficient with SAP
- Assertive personality and clear communication style
- Experience in a biologics environment
- Ability to analyze data and utilize mathematical skills to create schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPIM Designation preferred
- Contract manufacturing experience would be an asset.
