We are looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles.
The Little Dot Studios paid media team works with our clients to drive awareness and audience acquisition through smart paid social and YouTube media buying strategies.
The team also handles all direct ad campaigns on the LDS YouTube Network.
The Paid Media Analyst will lead reporting and measurement for all services of the paid media team.
This role will find new ways to use measurement and analytics for data-driven storytelling that highlights the work we are doing for our clients.
Responsibilities: Leading all reporting development and deliverables for the paid media team Develop weekly, monthly and wrap reports and dashboards for clients using campaign data and analysis Be the lead resource in regards to reporting and data analytics tools including Looker, Google Data Studio, and YouTube Analytics Create and maintain platform, format and creative specific benchmarks Pull metrics and insights to support business development pitches as needed Stay ahead of the latest emerging industry trends for platforms and tools, play an active role in cross-departmental knowledge sharing Qualifications: 2+ years experience with paid media reporting and analytics particularly with YouTube, Google Ads, paid social and digital video Experience at a paid social agency, YouTube publisher and/or creator network is a plus Strong understanding of YouTube, paid social and digital video methodology and metrics Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macros Proficient in your use of various data visualization programs such as Looker, Google Data Studio, and Keynote Ability to compile large data sets from multiple sources into a cohesive report that communicates a clear story to the client Ability to draw valuable insights and recommendations from raw data Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Little Dot Studios is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and does not unlawfully discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, pregnancy, age over 40, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, registered domestic partner status or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
