Mid-level Entertainment Associate Attorney (Music, Media, and Technology)
Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level entertainment associate attorney (music, media, and technology) with 3-5 years of experience.
The candidate should have experience with and an understanding of music rights and revenue streams and music licensing.
Should preferably have experience in representing both talent and institutional clients in all aspects of the music industry, including, label and music publishing agreements, and touring agreements.
Experience with podcasting, endorsement and sponsorship, technology and general commercial agreements preferred.
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
Prior experience in a law firm with national reputation preferred.
In-house experience at a music company or other entertainment company also a plus.
The candidate should have outstanding credentials from a highly ranked law school.
Must have superior writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment concurrently servicing multiple leading industry clients.
