The Los Angeles office of a top 10 US law firm are currently working in partnership with us on their search for junior to mid-level Corporate Associate to come onboard in their energetic Mergers and Acquisitions department.
This is an opportunity offering copious amounts of client contact, so you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The work in the mergers and acquisitions department is coming from sectors such as aerospace and defence, electronics, entertainment, financial services, technology, and consumer goods, so there will be plenty of variety to keep the role interesting and engaging.
Ideal candidates for this opportunity will be admitted to the California bar and hold experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, minority investments and general corporate matters.
